On 8th January 2021 our full clinical running costs were donated by the ‘Boxing Day Dippers’ in loving memory of Sophie Louise Ramshaw on what would have been her 30th Birthday.
Linzi, spokesperson for the fundraising group said:
“We wanted to show our appreciation and support to St Cuthbert’s Hospice for their care and compassion in looking after Sophie and her family in their time of need. Sophie meant a lot to each of us in the group and was truly the most amazing girl you’d ever meet. She was full of fun with an infectious laugh and the Boxing Day Dip, although very cold, was an amazing way for us to hold Sophie in our memories and raise money for the Hospice.
We would like to raise a glass of Tequila to our friend Sophie on her special birthday.
